Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rub pork loin with desired spices place in a large sauce pan brown the loin for about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer pork onto a foiled oven pan along with apples and place into the oven. Cook for about 20 minutes per pound or until desired temperature is achieved. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Let rest for about 10 minutes, cut into thin slices and serve over the Asparagus and Mushroom Risotto.
